Withdrawal of funds to bank cards is available only for cards issued in Ukraine or Kazakhstan.
To withdraw funds to your bank card, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the «Cashier» section and select «Withdrawal of funds».
In the web version: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and select «Cashier» from the menu.
Then click on the «Withdrawals» tab.
In the mobile app: Open the left side menu, then select the «Balance» section.
2. Enter the amount to withdraw and select «VISA/MasterCard/Maestro» as the withdrawal method. Fill in the required information. Please note that you can only withdraw funds to those bank cards from which you have already made a deposit. Click «Request Withdrawal».
3. Your request will be confirmed and you can continue trading while we process your withdrawal.
4. Withdrawal status is always available in the «Cash desk» section on the «Transaction history» tab (the «Balance» section for mobile app users).
Note: It usually takes 1 to 12 hours for payment systems to credit your bank card.
